How Pakistani bank discount portals work (explained)

Where banks publish card offers, how often they update, and how Pak Bank Hub collects the same data for search.

Each bank runs its own merchant programme

There is no single government registry of card discounts. HBL, UBL, Meezan, and others maintain separate web portals, PDF catalogues, or mobile app sections. Merchants opt in per bank, per city, and per card tier.

Pak Bank Hub scrapes these public sources on a schedule and normalizes merchant names so you can search across banks in one place.

Why listings go stale

A restaurant may leave a programme mid-month while the bank's PDF still shows last quarter's list. We reduce noise with automated scrapes and user reports via the contact form. You should still verify before spending.

What we do not collect

We do not access your bank account, card number, or transaction history. The AI assistant searches the same public deal index — it cannot approve credit limits or change your card benefits.

Quick tips

  • Bookmark your bank's official discount page alongside Pak Bank Hub.
  • Use city and category filters to avoid irrelevant nationwide e-commerce noise.
  • Report errors — they improve the next scrape priority.
